Lorvany sells cosmetic and personal-care products intended to cleanse, beautify, promote attractiveness, or alter appearance. Our products are cosmetics (and, where applicable, cosmetic tools or accessories), not drugs, not medical devices, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Product pages, ingredient lists, and directions are provided for general information and labeling purposes. Individual results vary. Always read the product label, ingredient list, and directions before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Perform a patch test before first use where appropriate. Keep products out of reach of children. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes unless the product is specifically labeled for eye-area use.
We have made reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. Colors, texture, and appearance may differ from what you see on your screen because of your device, lighting, and settings. We do not warrant that any product will meet your personal expectations or look identical to on-screen images.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Zorvane Group LLC may accept or decline your order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, restricted shipping destination, product unavailability, or pricing error. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and we have received and processed payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. After acceptance, we may be unable to change or cancel an order, especially if it has entered fulfillment. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Opened cosmetic products may be limited or ineligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, as described in that policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale, wholesale redistribution, or unlawful export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices on lorvany.com may differ from prices offered by third-party retailers. Promotions may have separate terms. If promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms govern for that promotion only.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information, and to promptly update your email, shipping, and payment details so we can complete transactions and contact you.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use that payment method; (iii) charges will be honored by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay the posted prices, applicable shipping and handling, and applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping, delivery estimates, restrictions, and customs handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the products to the carrier, except where we confirm the item was lost or damaged in transit and we are responsible under our Refund Policy. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address and for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed on international orders.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, video, audio, product descriptions, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Zorvane Group LLC, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.

Lorvany’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Zorvane Group LLC or its licensors. Shopify’s name, logo, and marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not control. We provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without endorsement. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
New features we add to the Services are also subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links or embedded content from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party materials or websites. If you leave the Services to access them, you do so at your own risk. Complaints about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Lorvany is operated by Zorvane Group LLC and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Zorvane Group LLC. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Zorvane Group LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Zorvane Group LLC.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, photos, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Zorvane Group LLC a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium, including for commercial use, to operate, improve, and promote the Services.
You represent that you own or have rights to the Feedback; that you will disclose any compensation or incentive received in connection with a review; and that your Feedback complies with these Terms and is not false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing. We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, pay for it, or respond to it. We may remove Feedback that we determine is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct any error and update information or cancel orders at any time, including after you have submitted an order, to the extent permitted by law. If you have already been charged for an order we cancel due to an error, we will refund the amount charged for that order.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) harass or harm any person; (d) submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent orders or payment information; (e) send spam or similar solicitations; (f) impersonate any person or entity; or (g) interfere with other users’ use of the Services or expose Zorvane Group LLC or Shopify to liability.
You also agree not to upload malware; scrape, crawl, or use bots or automated tools to access the Services except for legitimate public search indexing; resell the Services; or circumvent security or access controls. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we determine you have violated these Terms.
SECTION 14 – ADVERSE EVENTS AND PRODUCT CONCERNS

Serious adverse events may also be reported to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. We will review reports in good faith and may request the unused product, photos, or additional information to investigate.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, including if you breach these Terms. You remain liable for amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback and Reviews, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zorvane Group LLC, our members, managers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers, and Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Zorvane Group LLC for the product(s) giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so this section may not apply fully to you. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zorvane Group LLC, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (3) your misuse of the Services or of our products (including use contrary to labeled directions).
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and the policies posted on the Services are the entire agreement between you and Zorvane Group LLC regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements relating to the same subject.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or delegate these Terms without notice to you, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and any dispute arising out of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act may apply to the extent arbitration is required by a separate writing. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your place of residence, you and Zorvane Group LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that does not allow this choice of venue, you may bring a claim in your local courts to the extent required by law.
SECTION 23 – EXPORT AND SANCTIONS
You may not use the Services or purchase products if you are located in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on any U.S. government restricted-party list. You agree to comply with applicable U.S. export, import, and sanctions laws.
SECTION 24 – HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 25 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice, or as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
